What is healing & how to being, so simple it is.

I am healing, meaning to me I am creating new habits (full/new moon ceremonies, season change celebrations, writing more, listening more, FEELING more), wiring my brain to new ways of thinking (paradigm), enhancing my already healthy choices & most of ALL SHARING what I have learned to manifest through powerful intentions.
I have always kept to myself to be as private as I can about what I know & can do. I am a healer & have known this for many years. In 2014 (literally on Jan. 1) I actively engaged my true calling of this life’s purpose & that is to share what I know. That is why I am writing this right now, to share not only what I am doing. More importantly to break it down into simple life style actions that can be applied by anyone. Healing 101 is what I do as my new title as the Wellness Hero. I have to relearn everything from my first 36 years of this life and it has been the most challenging, while rewarding accomplishment I have ever made and I won’t be paid for my life’s work. The alignment with the simple idea of creating thoughts has changed everything in my life, for the better! I am still healing as healing to me is practicing daily habits that are created from feelings of joy, bliss & love.

Creating from your heart center, self work goes deep.

Love it is the most powerful feeling we can create as humans.  From love all the amazing feelings & emotions guide us from our heart chakra with a flow of green to vibrate as only it could.  Amazing to develop a stronger connection to the "higher self" for feeling the pure love that exists all around us.  We humans are created from this love and to be reminded is always a grateful moment.

 Healing 101

Many times in our lives we have to have the foundation of belief.  It is this simple creation of knowing when others around us do not know.  The consciousness of what can be created by something wonderful that has yet to be revealed.

The time is here & now to support the shift in what we ALL believe to be true.  I am healing and this process is amazing, so powerful that I have developed many modalities of how healing can take place in ALL of us.  I will be sharing so many details in presentation towards the end of summer, videos that have yet to fully be captured, and most of all spreading the message of love from my heart center.
The link is to my first public project, it is my process of healing & teaching along the way.  As my son teaches me everyday, he is an amazing master to learn from; I am guiding him to use social media & powering that message via solar panels on our “dirty adventure wagon (DAW)” the roof of our Subaru wagon.

I am on a mission, my soul’s mission.  The mission is to share how I heal my body, mind & soul.  The power of being human is truly amazing and what can be done with intention, sacred commands and ancient techniques will be brought to Light for the supporters of this journey.

The "What" & "How" about Healing your self of ANYTHING!

What is Healing?


As I progress with my story of this life and upon my true calling aligned with my soul’s purpose, life feels AMAZING (only if, I am connected to my higher self, for it is with this connection that I am most in tune with my purpose and connected to my own feelings that only I create).  From the connection with my higher self, I am able to heal, I am creative, more loving, very happy, super connected to GOD within me and ALWAYS present in the NOW moment. 

From this DEEP connection within; its all about the individual, whatever that person desires to have.  Once this process of HEALING is rolling, well it all starts with healing the old, release what no longer serves us in our lives in our lives at this time. 

My work is healing, in order for me to be of any value during my services for a client, I have to be healing as well. I am healing too!  So developing this connection to heal by allowing others to be aligned with their higher selves is always the first step in any person’s self work enhancement.  I have went through ALL the processes of TRUE healing & it has compelled me to share this gift I have with others. 

When a person decides to Create moments during a day to be in touch with the inner them, well, this is what a person’s life is all about.  This is how we find our purpose in life, by connecting to the deeper us and heal what no longer serves us on the path to our life’s experiences.  Only you who can access the ability to heal you. Having a healer guide you is valuable and can expedite your decisions through education.  In all cases, it is important to know it is always upon an individuals shoulders that to FINALIZE the work the healer started for you.  

What do I mean by healing?  Simple, healing is releasing the old (thought forms, identities, discarnets, beliefs, occupants, lifestyle habits, daily & weekly patterns, paradigms) in the area you seek to advance life experiences in.  Only when the old has been release can the universe bring in the new, just has the new bed will not fit into your bedroom until the old bed is out.  So, when the old is healed, meaning it no longer serves you, it will NOT be apart of your thought forms, the NEW will come rushing in.

Yes, this often requires the support of others; aligning your healing with intentions of including experts in that area will provide valuable guidance.  The body will only heal, what the mind allows it too.  And as always, your thoughts create the reality you experience and only embrace what you feel is best for you.  Your soul will NOT allow the body to experience something it was not meant to experience, so in reality you can do no harm because you soul and higher self are always guiding you.  Key is, are you “listening” to your own self?  What is holding you back from being who you were put on this earth to TRULY

be?
